Estimado Sergio: 

Tenes que terminar con esta actitud sin sustento factico ni juridico y que cada vez mas empeora tu situacion y tu imagen.

No obstante lo anterior y en mi caracter de representante a comite ALAC, reelecto con mas del 70% de los votos, y atento la resolucion tomada por la autoridad legitima y teniendo especialmente en cuenta los resultados definitivos de la eleccion de Presidente efectuada recientemente por la AG, me dirijo respetuosamente para decirte que individualmente, sin perjuicio de lo que opinen mis colegas Jose Ovidio Salgueiro y Vanda Scartezini: 

En este momento y hasta tanto obtengas despacho favorable definitivo de alguna autoridad con capacidad para ello, DESCONOZCO la autoridad que pretendes detentar solo basada en un error en el escrutinio provisorio y contraria a la determinacion tomada por la legitima autoridad luego de un profundo analisis de las constancias grabadas de y en la Asamblea General. Asimismo te manifiesto que hasta tanto la condicion resolutoria mencionada mas arriba se dé, solo reconocere la autoridad de quienes legitimamente (y no producto de un error) ostenten los cargos, siendo en esta oportunidad y de acuerdo a los resultados oficiales, nuestro amigo comun Andres Piazza.  

Lamento que persistas en esta actitud poco razonada y contraria a todos los hechos oficialmente registrados y a la autoridad de LACRALO, los que dieron por tierra con tus pretensiones personales. 

La persistencia en tu actitud obstaculizadora del trabajo que debera realizar la region de ahora en adelante con sus autoridades legitimas y oficialmente elegidas, de seguro no te conducira a transformar en legitima tu pretension apoyada en un error y pondra sobre tus espaldas la responsabilidad de la demora en la consecucion de cualquier objetivo comun.

Ademas, esta actitud asumida sin sustento ni en los hechos, ni en el derecho y faltando el respeto a la voluntad manifestada por el voto mayoritario, contraría y niega credilibilidad a tus dichos de campaña, en donde a viva voz manifestaste tu voluntad de trabajo conjunto y cualquiera fuera el candidato victorioso, el que a la postre no resultaste ser vos.

Por todo ello y por la amistad que nos ha unido hasta ahora, es que te invito a declinar en tu posicion y a acompañar al presidente electo por mayoria, en el trabajo que empieza a hacer y con la legitimidad que le dan los votos definitivos y oficiales, y no simplemente apoyada en un error como lo fue en tu lamentable caso. 

Asimismo y para el caso de que luego de estas palabras que pronuncio como amigo para intentar vuelvas a la cordura, aún sigas creyendo que te asiste algun derecho, y de que alguna norma puede venir en tu ayuda, te invito a concurrir a los estrados pertinentes a los efectos de conseguir la resolucion que te pueda dejar tranquilo.
