we definitely need to make as much time as possible in the Mexico City 
meeting for substantive discussion of issues and confine elections to the 
smallest fraction of the meeting possible.

Definitivamente necesitamos dedicar el mayor tiempo posible en la reunión

las elecciones a la menor fracción posible de la sesión.
