Dear Nick:
We posted an inquiry to the LACRALO list on January 23, 2009 seeking the
advice and consent of the membership for confirmation of CETIC AJB, AUI Peru
and Internauta Venezuela as At Large Structures within LACRALO.

There being no objection and in conjunction with the strong expressions of
support from Internauta Argentina, Internauta Brasil and Internauta Chile,
the LACRALO Secretariat is pleased to report a NO OBJECTION from LACRALO.
