place within the GNSO New gTLD Subsequent Procedures Policy Development Process Working Group. Thus, this webinar is not only suitable to those who are less familiar with the New Generic Top-Level Domain (gTLD) Program in general, but it will also provide
an opportunity for more seasoned ICANNers to reaffirm or reacquaint themselves with why and how Subsequent Procedures matter to the At-Large community. <br>

</span></u><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:black">Justine has been an active member of the New gTLD Subsequent Procedures PDP Working Group since 2016. In December 2018 she was appointed to serve as the At-Large liaison for
that PDP Working Group, as well as one of 5 At-Large regional members for the subsidiary Work Track 5 on Geographic Names. <br>

In addition, Justine is an established member of the At-Large Consolidated Policy Working Group (CPWG) to whom she makes regular presentations on Subsequent Procedures and in the process, she has produced a collection of resource materials on Subsequent Procedures
for At-Large capacity building and consensus building purposes. More recently, as a panelist on the ICANN68 At-Large Policy Session entitled "New gTLD Applicants: Expanding the Circle", Justine spoke on At-Large's input to policy reforms needed to encourage
more applications for niche Top-Level Domains by new, single, and/or community-based applicants in the next New gTLD application round. <br>

Justine became a member of the At-Large Advisory Committee (ALAC) following the ICANN 66 AGM in 2019, having been selected by the Nominating Committee to represent the Asian, Australasian and Pacific Islands Region. </span><o:p></o:p></p>
