<p class="MsoNormal">Alphabetic order? We have Caribe at the position, so next possible elected shall be Central America? Any other alternative for starting the rotations? This alternative is not clearly state at the vote process , so none will see what is

<p class="MsoNormal">By the other hand if we have an agreed solution for starting the rotation process why not vote under such process for all members?????<u></u><u></u></p>
