<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt"> To encourage participation, it was decided to focus one of the Regional Strategy Projects to reward a community member through a lottery that has participated in 4 of the 5 following online seminars in
2017, the winner will receive a few days training in the ICANN office in the city of Los Angeles. (see: Prize Terms and Conditions)<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt"> Online seminar entitled "Empowered Community" took place on Monday 27 March 2017, with the presentation of Speaker Samantha Eisner, ICANN Deputy General Counsel, we had 31 participants.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt"> Online seminar entitled "Policy development process on the review of all rights protection mechanisms in all gTLDS" was held on Monday, May 15, 2017, with the presentation of Mary Wong Sr. Director, Special
Adviser for ICANN Strategic Policy and we had 17 participants.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt"> Online seminar entitled "" Countries and names of territories as TLDs "was held on Monday 17 July 2017, with the presentation of Steve Chan - gNSO specialist ICANN, we had 21 participants.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
