<div>Se necesita una lectura cuidadosa para entender y retener las funciones de los dos organismos que van a ser creados y cuya integración se convoca con un plazo exageradamente breve. Igualmente difícil es la condición de llevar a cabo un taller en la reunión
de ICANN a la que por distancia, costo y visas habrá una asistencia relativamente baja de nuestra región, a no ser por las personas que ya ocupan cargos. Ojalá puedas tratar de que el horario de este taller sea compatible con la participación a distancia en
los husos horarios de Latinoamérica y el Caribe.</div>
