Bartlett's qualifications cannot be challenged.</div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:"comic sans ms",sans-serif;font-size:small"><br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:"comic sans ms",sans-serif;font-size:small">To give a fuller profile of this youngster, I know Bartlett from the day he became my intern at The University of the West Indies thirteen (13) or so years ago. We snatched him from the School of Media and Communications - arguably the most exclusive of the departments at the UWI - and developed a gifted multimedia software developer.
