possibilities, it has been decided that LACRALO Chair will vote in the Final
Election with the direction from LACRALO ALSes.<span class="gmail_msg"></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal gmail_msg" style="text-align:justify">Firstly, the process will seek to
get consensus in LACRALO related to one candidate. If there is no consensus,

<p class="MsoNormal gmail_msg" style="text-align:justify">The timeline is the following:<span class="gmail_msg"></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal gmail_msg" style="text-align:justify"><span class="gmail_msg"> </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal gmail_msg" style="text-align:justify">a.- From today until the 20th of
Feb. 2017 LACRALO will explore the possibilities of reaching consensus related
to one of the following candidates: León
Sanchez or Alan Greenberg.<span class="gmail_msg"></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal gmail_msg" style="text-align:justify"><span class="gmail_msg"> </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal gmail_msg" style="text-align:justify">b.- If there is no consensus, there
will be a voting process from the 21st until the 25th of February.<span class="gmail_msg"></span></p>

receives a two-thirds vote of those ALSes present and voting.<span class="gmail_msg"></span></p>
