to conduct their formal decision making process, according to RALO's respective rules of procedure. If a RALO has already conducted its formal decision making process to decide not to support any petition, no further action is required for that RALO but they
have to inform <a href="mailto:program-admin@atlarge.icann.org" target="_blank">program-admin@atlarge.<wbr>icann.org</a> that they do not wish to support Sebastien's petition.
