It is the weighted percentage that counts, not any other fanciful figure pulled from some febrile brain.</div><div style="font-family:'comic sans ms',sans-serif;font-size:large"><br></div><div style="font-family:'comic sans ms',sans-serif;font-size:large">There are 20 countries represented in LACRALO.
