Much of the focus of the rules outlined here are on metrics and
enforcement. That will probably not be a major focus of the Task Force.
Regardless, RALOs can generally set their own rules and expectations over
and above those set by the ALAC. The major requirements are that they be
reasonable given the potential ALS audience, that they are documented
clearly, and that they are enforced fairly and uniformly.<br><br>
