 Silvia, unfortunately that is not the case. For many years the vote was changed to secret without having consulted Ralo, nor having explained it despite subsequent requests, on several occasions. Now it is changed again without any explanation. It is not known who ordered the change, also without consulting the RALO, and without explaining the voting methodology. As an example, I cite the emails from the staff stating that they should not be confused with the summons to vote. That's already confusing.

 And they do not answer the questions of why and who determined the change.

 I consider it a process with a lack of transparency.
