Uma vez que nadie se presentó para la posicion de ALAC por la región pré definida, me gustaría nominar a Alberto Soto para ser nuevamente nuestro representante em ALAC, respectando la posibilidad abierta por nuestros Estatutos.

Once nobody presented a candidate for ALAC position from the pré defined region, I would like to nominate Alberto Soto to be our candidate for ALAC position, using the open opportunity stated by our bylaws.
