 Thank you for preparing and submitting this proposal. Brief comments for
 enrich it:

 1. consider in budget and format two scenarios, one to do it
 totally remote and another with partial mobility which would require
 finance some transfers (I see it unlikely, and if you considered it and
 discarded or the ICANN rule excludes it, please ignore this part).

 2. replace "goverment" (missing an "n") by "government" in places
 where the word appears.

 3. include "university associations" (such as ANUIES in Mexico and the
 UDUAL) and academic and professional societies, and industry associations
 among the target audience. In particular with the pandemic,
 restructured this issue a bit, and some organizations or new IXPs
 have taken on new relevance.

 4. in "subject matter experts" list let's say 4-5 topics, if not people:
 "pandemic response in the telecommunications and ISP industry",
 "scalability", "crisis communications", "education", and disclosure of
 science and technology popularization, or
 "health communication", with a focus on the topics of fake news,
 health promotion, etc. "The Communication Initiative" is a good place
 to search for information, initiatives, criteria and people. Another theme that I think
 we must address is that of indigenous peoples and pandemic, since the
 communication to and from them has also been emphasized (as well as
 made his deficiencies terribly dramatic); although I don't think
 we are on the verge of an explosive change in universal acceptance and IDNs,
 ICANN topics in this field, the work of the last couple of years that have
 headed Sylvia Herlein and Raitme Citterio brings us closer to them, as
 so do the ALS partners themselves.

 5. to soon constitute an organizing committee and a program committee would be
 valuable.
