 I would also like to thank the consultant David Plumb (CBI consulting) whom I copy in this message. David professionally and efficiently advised LACRALO in the mediation process and in the preparation of the documents that create a new governance structure for LACRALO.

 Dear Region 

 We hope you are well and well protected with your loved ones. 

 Having met 15-UTC today, Monday, July 27, we celebrate the approval by consensus of our new Rules of Procedure. We appreciate the regional ideas, contributions, comments and recommendations received through the LACRALO Working Group on Governance during these years that has led the process of updating our regional documents. 

 An important cycle has been completed by which we express a great congratulation and a big hug of appreciation to all the members of the LACRALO Working Group on Governance, from its founding members, to those who currently make it up and to the entire region that has expressed its disagreements and consensus through this group. We continue adding achievements to regional work. 
 Soon we will be sending our new document to the translation of the most recurrent languages in the region; EN, PT, FR.

 According to what was reported by the members of the LACRALO Governance Working Group, Sergio Salinas Porto and Vanda Scartezini, during our Monthly Regional Meeting on Monday July 20 (https://community.icann.org/x/XYVIC), presented the proposal consulted to the region of the Rules of Procedure <https://community.icann.org/x/EgF1C> as a result of an exhaustive, detailed and meticulous process of said working group. 

 Regionally constructed, the Rules of Procedure <https://community.icann.org/x/EgF1C> they represent a further step in updating our institutional documents. That is why we call for our regional approval by Consensus starting today at 23-UTC and until next Monday, July 27, 2020 at 15-UTC. 

 If there is no significant opposition, we will be incorporating our new document. By significant opposition is understood for these purposes if five (5) or more At-Large Structures (ALS) are against what is stated in the text.
