Dear Alan,

It appears that "little to report" implies little changes in certain subtle
barriers to acknowledge and consider ALAC positions on some of the key
issues.  Am I wrong? If not, it would be helpful if you could update us on
yesterday's meeting, even if the update is to talk about specific issues on
which it was difficult to progress.
