The idea was to make a random drawing to determine a (01) winner among all members of the LACRALO community who participated in 4 of the five (5) online seminars.     The raffle was held on December 21, 2017 before the Notary Public N ° 67 Dr. Rubén Felix Lópex Patzi in the city of La Paz, Bolivia, you can see the video of the draw here.
    
    The winner of the draw was Harold Arcos de Internauta Venezuela and the award was to visit the ICANN regional office at the Internet House in Montevideo Uruguay, where he was able to know in detail each of the organizations.
