Hi Vanda,

Its a tricky situation if you consider the following statement at the end
of the article which i tend to agree with.'

One challenge I foresee is that ICANN sometimes hires people from the
industry because of their specialized knowledge. It might be difficult to
attract these people if they can’t return to industry companies. ICANN
would need to compensate them for the restriction. I also wonder if
employment laws in various states and countries would limit the ability to
enforce cooling off provisions.

There are never guarantees with Domain Name Business, for the businesses to
thrive various factors such as Marketing, Pricing , customer service ,
reliability and trust come into play. Provided there is no conflict of
interest, we should maintain the status quo. We risk over regulating and
stifling innovation in the very industry we are trying to build.
