I am pleased to read Sergio's message.

Extremely happy to join Carlton and all others in supporting my colleagues
Sergio, Harold and the LACRALO team as we move forward together with this
new and dynamic approach. Sergio and I had an excellent conversation in
Barcelona, along with Alberto Soto, and I am motivated by Sergio's
commendable vision for a more inclusive LACRALO.

I would also like take this opportunity to restate my sincerest thanks to
Humberto and Maritza for steering LACRALO through challenging times, and to
wish Humberto my very best wishes for a successful and productive term on
the ALAC.

Anticipating a major emphasis on equity and diversity in the future.
