Good morning to everybody,
In relation to the new operating principles I have been in person at one of the Governance meetings, and I have written both direct mails and comments on the page, so what I am going to say is not new, I am only concerned that in at least One of the comments the answer I received from the governance group over more than a year is that this will be corrected.

The first point, from which I always receive the answer that is an error that is going to be corrected, and takes more than a year like this, is that the ALAC member chosen by the NomCom is not included in the directory. I understand that these operating principles are not intended to last a year. I understand they are designed to last at least a decade. The fact that I am the ALAC member chosen by NomCom should not influence whether or not I am a member of the proposed directory.

The second point, I continue raising my objection to the figures of President Elect and Secretary Elect (Now vice president and vice secretary).Although I understand the argument of learning the proposed figures, I do not agree that both positions automatically become the president and the secretary. This means that between the time we chose them and the moment of their inauguration, two years passed, which in my opinion is a long time, seeing the dynamics of participation in the region.

A new, third point in the document I do not see transition times. Recently the new authorities of the region were elected,
when would the elections be held for the vice president and vice secretary?
Which regions can choose candidates?(Currently Caribe already has two authorities: NomCom and 1 ALAC, Andino also has two: 1 ALAC and the Secretary, finally Mercosur has the President) This would imply that the candidates for vice president and vice secretary can only come from Central America?
and if there are no candidates ?.
