A little over a year ago a group of ALS representatives was called to a mediation process to find new agreements that allow LACRALO to fulfill its role within ICANN in a constructive way.ICANN assigned the mediation work to two extraordinarily trained people with unparalleled backgrounds, who led the meetings in the sense of identifying problems, seeking solutions, and building interpersonal ties that would allow us to transform our activity for the benefit of Internet users in Latin America and the Caribbean.
