[lac-discuss-en] Problem with list translation

Please note that many messages sent in Spanish are not being 
translated into English. The reason is not known but the problem is 
being investigated. This has been happening for at least several 
days, possible longer.

In May, there were 229 messages on the Spanish list and 179 on the 
English list.
