Re: why the emails of fellows aren't included in the Stakeholder Tool.

All of the information in the Stakeholder Tool are pulled from the
relevant ICANN websites. And the Fellowship website doesn't list the
emails of the Fellowships

By the way, the Stakeholder Tool has been updated to include the
Fellows going to ICANN63
