Tracy Hackshaw is vice president of the Internet Society chapter Trinidad & Tobago.
He graduated in the DiploFoundation Internet Governance Capacity Building Program in 2008 and is now a member of the Faculty of Research and Teaching.
Tracy participated in the ICANN Scholarship Program at the Meetings in Sydney and Seoul in 2009, in Catagena in 2010 and in Prague in 2012.
In addition, he participated as an Internet Society Ambassador (ISOC) (part of ISOC's Next Generation Leaders Program) at the 2009 Internet Governance Forum (IGF) in Sharm-el Sheikh; and returned as ISOC Ambassador for the 2010 IGF in Vilnius.
He also participated in the 2011 IGF in Nairobi as an emerging leader of DiploFoundation for the digital world.
