His reading shows us once again that many users turn to ICANN to present complaints that do not correspond to the scope or faculties of the organization: complaints regarding crimes, poor service, diverse behaviors, which in the best of cases can be attributed to contracted parties but in many cases they do not even come close.

The recommendations of Krista Papac, Director of Complaints and author of the report, mark much of what ALS should do to promote education and capacity development in their respective environments. Hopefully in a next work cycle we focus on ESE "outreach" as an important contribution.It would be highly recommendable for the LACRALO Presidency and Secretariat to approach the office receiving the complaints to investigate which part of the report is reflected in our region and thereby strengthen our strategy based on targeted information.
