 Dear All,

It would be very useful if LACRALO's Regional Leadership election schedule Could be synchronized With
That of the other RALOs and the ALAC.

 There are two alternatives:

to. The first option is to hold the elections in May Achieved With full synchronization at ICANN 60

The Elected leaders would take Their positions Then after the close of Immediately the 2017 Annual General
Meeting (ICANN 60). This would mean That the current LACRALO Chair and Secretariat would stay in Their
ICANN positions through 60. This would allow for a transition period if new leaders are Elected. Both
current and incoming leaders are provided support for the travel With Annual General Meeting.

 b. The second option is to hold the elections in May Achieved With full synchronization ICANN 63

The Elected LACRALO leaders will take Their positions in June 2017. Immediately the newly Elected leaders
Their seats would take the 1st of June 2017 with a term ending at the 2018 Annual General Meeting at ICANN
 63. Their travel support would start in June for ICANN 59. This is an intermediate solution Where the
OCCURS full synchronization in ICANN 63.

Concerning the Proposed alternatives, the following question will be Asked:

QUESTION: What do you believe is the best option for LACRALO?

to. The first option is to hold the elections in May Achieved With full synchronization at ICANN 60

 b. The second option is to hold the elections in May Achieved With full synchronization ICANN 63
