 Here is the text of the second draft version of the Outreach Strategy:

 LACRALO will continue to raise ICANN At-Large awareness in Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC) with the goal of finding Organizations and individuals to join the ICANN At-Large. Emphasis will be on enabling organizations to become accredited At-Large structures 
 (ALS) of territories of the region of Latin America and the Caribbean that do not have any ALS. 

 When potential At-Large Candidates have been identified, they will be contacted by LACRALO's Outreach and Engagement members (in coordination with LACRALO's chair and secretariat) to be invited to conference calls to learn about ICANN and ICANN At-Large. 

 LACRALO will maintain a calendar of 
 Http://bitly.com/LAC-Outreach-Calendar to track possible ICT and IG events in those territories without ALS and regional IG events where people AND / or possible ALS from those territories. 

 In August 2017 there were two GI events in the region. 

   - Latin American and Caribbean Internet Governance Forum - LACIGF 10 
   To be held in Panama City, Panama from August 2 to 4, 2017 
   - Caribbean Internet Governance Forum - CIGF - provisionally planned for 
   21-23 August 2017 in Tortola, British Virgin Islands. 

 Given the important opportunity of these events to reach, we will be looking to use the Regional Community Extension Program (CROP): 

   - for two travelers, one from Latin America, one from the Caribbean, 
   Attend LACIGF 
   - for a Caribbean traveler to attend CIGF. 

 We will try to use the remaining CROP support for two travelers to attend 
 Other events during the FY18. 

 The members of LACRALO will also seek to contribute and support the 
 Strategy Projects and consider presenting new project ideas 
 LAC in line with the objectives of the LAC Strategy.
