To me I am very clear in the Message of Maritza to the list the origin of the event

On the other hand, I do not think there is any intention of leaving aside the collective achievements by anyone and less for personal gain

I trust that all the parties and all the members of Lacralo have the same objective in common.

Thanks Marita and Humberto for the explanations.
I just think there is an important task of external diffusion that we must all carry out, but particularly the leadership of LACRALO. And all resources and opportunities must be used.
And just in the personal warning, the MOU is not mentioned that according to the internal information, gave rise to such an event, or even the name of LACRALO appears. I hope that in the publicity given at the event in Chile, this situation will reverse.
 Best regards

 Alberto

 Dear Alberto,

Regarding your question, it should be pointed out that the publication which you refer to - carried out personally on my personal Facebook page - refers to the fact that I coordinate this event, a fact that becomes true, in my capacity as a university teacher. The communication made to the list in my LACRALO Secrataria condition expressly states that the event is possible thanks to the MoU between LACNIC and LACRALO.

Although it is not explained in the publication on my Facebook page, which is the reason for the MoU celebrated between LACNIC and LACRALO, it is because this University is not an accredited ALS and that the coordination becomes in having helped to find A prestigious academic space that has the infrastructure required for this type of event, according to what is specifically referred to in MoU in paragraph 3 of recital IV, where it expressly mentions, among other things, Facilitating capacity development events.

In this sense, the aforementioned MoU has made it possible to explain to the high authorities of a private Peruvian university about the importance of this subject so that it can accommodate these kinds of events, which add to our region and which may allow, in the future , The realization of other activities.

 Regards,

 Maritza

Dear Maritza, thank you for the information.

On Facebook you mention that you coordinate this event organized by LACNIC and the Faculty of Law of the University San Martin de Porres, but it is not mentioned that it is made thanks to the MOU held between LACNIC and LACRALO. Can you please explain why?

 Thank you very much
