LACRALO must demonstrate to our representatives in ALAC to vote on the candidate that we have the majority.
ALAC will choose its preferred candidate. As was done with Rinalia. Rinalia if you answer by itself, as the bylaws of ICANN says, and does not represent us properly, but Rinalia have always provided accounts of all and defended positions ALAC and whenever could have participated (almost every time) Meeting ALAC.
Each Ralo will ALAC internal vote through their representatives.

January 2016. The discussion will be held in LACRALO mailing list and
on the wiki at the following link < https://community.icann.org/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=63155261>.
If there
consensus or majority opinions that we add a new candidate,
will open an election process that will run from January 12 2017 until
on 18 January 2017. Otherwise, timely we inform which is the opinion of LACRALO.
