 The process for obtaining a decision is divided into two stages: 
 A.- one to seek consensus (where no formal vote is required). How to analyze the consensus is not asking for 100% support, but a reasonable number according to our number of ALSes. The total number of opinions will be sent today or tomorrow so that there is complete clarity on the decision. In addition, there were only views in favor of León Sánchez and no opinion in favor of Alan Greenberg. The deadline for issuing opinions expired yesterday. Indeed, the deadlines are short, but it's a situation that affects the whole process. 
 B. If there had been one or more opinions in favor of Alan Greenberg, would have opened a voting period, according to the explanation in email sent on 15 February 2017. This period ran from 21 to 25 February 2017.This did not happen for the reasons explained.
