 Dear members of LACRALO, 






 As previously reported, LACRALO reached an agreement with LACNIC to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). In our view, this memorandum will bring multiple benefits to LACRALO.The signing of this document will be made at the LACNIC 27 meeting that will take place from May 22 to 26, 2017 in Foz do Iguazú. 


 LACRALO approved a version at the beginning of 2016, which was sent to LACNIC. LACNIC CEO Oscar Robles made some minor changes to the draft MOU agreement. As the 2016 version is different from the version agreed with LACNIC, we would like to start a consensus consultation to approve the MOU agreed with LACNIC this year 2017. This consensus request will be finalized on May 1st at 23:00 UTC.
