 Outreach strategy LACRALO will have two key approaches: 

 1. COVERAGE AT-LARGE. Will be getting that new organizations are credited Structures (ALSes) in the 12 countries that have no ALSes of the 33 that make up the Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC Region). These countries are listed in the LACRALO Dashboard, see: http://bit.ly/lacralo-dashboard. 

 2. EXTENSION AT-LARGE. Will achieve greater dissemination through accredited ALS in their own local settlement, reaching universities, secondary schools and professional associations. The issue involved is DNS, markets domain names and their dynamics, whois and its effects, delegation and redelegation of ccTLDs, policies that affect users in terms of IP addresses, security especially DNSSEC and mechanisms of attack using DNS, structure, policies and decisions of ICANN, &quot;compliance&quot; and its effects, and hence how to participate through LACRALO documenting (in the future especially) success stories.It is working on this project and be informed before 29/10/2016. 

 LACRALO members of the Subcommittee on Scope and Relationship keep a calendar extension (outreach calendar) in http://bitly.com/LAC-Outreach-Calendar to identify and keep track of possible events of ICT and Internet Governance ( GI) in those territories without ALSes and regional events that people GI where possible and / or potential ALSes in their territories to participate. This schedule may provide all members of LACRALO, and will be used to identify possible events for proposals CROPP.

 We have noted that the rescheduling of two face ICANN meetings in 2016 to be carried out in the region, impacting direct and remote participation of people in the LAC region. We try to work closely ICANN GSE Group to mitigate the impact of the rescheduling of these two meetings. 

 COVERING AT-LARGE 

 Objective: In the next five years, to get at least an organization that certifies as ALS in as many countries without coverage At-Large. 

 Basis: 

 We have twelve countries to try to cover with an organization that certifies as ALS. At one event per year, it would take a lot.Our ability communication and outreach to diverse communities allows us to have at least one quarter that is four on the year, especially as ICANN meetings in the region have become very few and the time elapsed between them is very long. In addition, since the IGF is in the region this year and was last year, it is unlikely to return in 2017-2018.
