The conversations Have provided a rich picture of the issues, different perspectives, underlying interests and your own thoughts for Achieving a more effective and constructive at-large organization. 

 We are preparing a draft report based on interviews These Which we will circulate in early October, together with a survey so That all member ALSs can Provide input into the process. We'll update the Report with the results from the survey and Provide more detailed Recommendations for next steps, treats including an in-person meeting in late January likely.
