 In atencina the importance of this study for the LAC region and in order to 
 have an agreed position between the different views and experience 
 of all members of our community, we believe that results from 
 vital importance to participate actively in this revision. 

 To this end, we propose the creation of a working group for the 
 Carrying out this task, with the purpose of it being the 
 revision, participation and / or make proposals. 

 For these purposes, we request your comments to start the 
 working group and thus launch the start of it.
