[lac-discuss-en] Comments on draft LACRALO Outreach plan for FY17

Dear All,

On the LACRALO monthly call, a draft Outreach Strategic Plan for
LACRALO for the next fiscal year from July 1 2016 to June 30 2017
(FY17) was presented.

for comments.

The reasons for this plan are to
1)  guide the activities of the LACRALO members of the Outreach and
Engagement Subcommittee 2)  explain the outreach goals and planned
expectations for the Community Regional Outreach Pilot Program (CROPP)
for FY17 so that any selected CROPP FY17 activities can be coordinated
with the Latin American and Caribbean Global Stakeholder Engagement
team (LAC GSE).

The LACRALO Outreach plan must also approved by the LAC GSE before any
CROPP proposals can be submitted. If LACRALO wishes to consider the
use of CROPP for the LAC IGF in July 2016, the LACRALO Outreach plan
must therefore be approved by early June 2016.
