 I feel obliged to respoderte public, because the public has been your claim. 


 I do not understand your request not to argue with us or make a claim, since my only mention I made of you in my previous mail was support and solidarity. 


 Then, given that Pisanty mail a link with biased information (that is my opinion and I'm not saying nor do I think that Alexander had some ulterior motive) was included, I saw the need to contextualize the facts. Otherwise, what happened it would be positioned as if the National Guard, violating university autonomy, prevented the realization of Icann event as unique and certain version.


 Although Lacralo is no space for discussions localist, the circulation of complete, accurate and timely information about what is happening in the region information and affects our peoples, if it is. Moreover, I do not agree with a frontal, honest and respectful polemic space remaining in any of our lives, it is always good to know the general views that support the positions that are brought to the field of Icann and Lacralo. I am sure that always remains or prevents understand things is concealment, bias or misrepresentation of reality.
