 Colleagues, ISOC El Salvador is a recently formalized organization that brings together some of the major players in Intnernet in that country. While its proposal met the Accreditation process as chapter of the Internet Society, and have far exceeded the expectations created then. 


 ISOC El Salvador rene people who have left a historical mark on the Internet in Latin America and the Caribbean, as Rafael "Lito" Ibarra (currently a member of the ICANN Board, in recognition of his merits) . They have worked on the operation of the ccTLD .sv voluntary and free, set at the time an important experience telecenters, and active state in multiple fronts.His connection with users, their technical competence, its inner workings, its combination of local and global vision, and its active and tested on relevant topics of interest ICANN leave out any doubt recognition immediately as ALS.
