 Dear Alberto, 


 as has already been discussed many times in recent years, only 25 
 the 1930 applications for new gTLDs left the LAC (region and 
 more than half of them were from investors seeking domains 
 high volume and not eepcificas regional or local needs). From 
 so it does not surprise me that we're flying under the radar 
 ECLAC. 


 In terms of users who represent, worth 
 ask whether 


 (A) all Internet users that are required 
 perfectly satisfied with the overall supply of gTLDs that we can 
 access from the region,

 (B) those who are not interested in getting their own names 
 domain for your own pages, are perfectly satisfied with 
 offering local domains of our ccTLDs and those of 
 third level (free) from platforms like Wordpress and Facebook 
 for daily use. 


 The question is discussed in both the "CCT-Review" as in the 
 mega-PDP on Subsequent Rounds, is whether LAC is an area that suffers from a 
 bad service ( "Underserved" area) DNS finish. Worth it 
 also discuss among us and not just wait for the results of 
 both efforts for comment.
