 Dear Maritza, If I encourage you to get into a polemics, since my ALS was accepted in LACRALO we have not had a workout in the wiki ICANN, I think the occasion is relevant to apply. My ALS was accepted two years ago. After ours have joined nearly a dozen more. 
 I take it as income support ISOC El Salvador. Ibarra Lito's leadership towards the internet of the region see it even in LACRALO, where even not being a member of it, and pushes us to engage on the important issues of ICANN, as the groups and sub groups IANA transition.

 Humberto forgiveness, but I disagree with your comment. 
 The role of the Secretariat (function, no person) is just that, to facilitate the work THIN. 
 If the Secretariat does not have time to collect the comments made RALO members about accepting or not a new organization that is seeking to be recognized as ALS, the person (any person in general) should not have postulate and assume that role. 
 In addition, then perhaps it is time to re-discuss the different roles within the RALO and reactivate the discussion on the modification of our bylaws and operating principles, which have been frozen in time.
