 My name is Wilmer Azurza (Peru), I am a graduate of SSIG2016 and I am part of 
 Wathsapp groups that formed after the course, as pointed out 
 Dr. Pisanty these groups are informal but we share a great 
 enthusiasm to contribute to the development and promotion of Governance 
 Internet in our countries. In this regard, the question arises as we can 
 contribute and nurture regional and global experiences.


 On the other hand, I tell our fruit product SSIG2016, 
 Washington DC was conducive to meeting actors involved in the 
 Internet governance in my country, as a result of SSGI are 
 forming the first WAR ROOM Technical Committee, whose members will be the 
 Ministry of Transport and Communications, Ministry of Defense and other 
 stakeholders, this Committee will be an area designed for first 
 Ciberejercicio National Crisis Management to Computer Attacks that 
 will hold its first meeting on 22 April this. 


 In this regard I take this opportunity to thank your attention and I 
 love to participate in the next meeting to be held in Cuba as 
 and Fabricio says Pessoa and Renata Aquino whom I had the pleasure and pleasure 
 to meet in the SSGI.
