Dear Javier, breathe hour with the news that the whole family is fine. The images leave me speechless. As Humberto said earlier, the important thing is life, material things can recover. Anyway, the material part has been a disaster. I'd really like to find some way of collaborating.
A big hug

I had failed to communicate by power outages and connectivity issues.
We're fine with my family, my sister just lost everything in his house, and that while it was too strong and long earthquake, where we moved around, there was so much structural damage, the worst was what came after the tsunami The tsunami, which swept literally Coquimbo, with the creek, with doors, windows, everything.
As I say, we're fine, in Chile we are accustomed to earthquakes, and occasionally an earthquake, but now was different, more destructive waves with any.
A hug and thanks for the concern us, we are tied to the Internet, demonstrate how powerful it is when faced with situations like that took place, we are closer, despite the distances, borders and languages.
A hug and thanks for your concern, we are raising again.

Since yesterday I am trying to communicate with Javier, without favorable results, I sent mails and I have not received any reimbursement models themselves. I believe it is only for connectivity issues that do not answer.
