A mi me aprece más una decision política que basada en factos esta del Worldbank..
La realidad economica tanto de Argentina como de Venezuela es mucho peor que la de Brasil ( aun en medio de esta crisis economica) y Brasil no he dejado de participar de los fellows desde siempre.
