I make these declarations:

The roles and responsibilities of the Chair, LACRALO are defined in
LACRALO's organising instruments.

The roles and responsibilities of the Secretariat, LACRALO are defined in
LACRALO's organising instruments.

By accepting nomination, the member from "Instituto Iberoamericano de
Investigacion para la Sociedad de la Informacion" accepted the role of
Chair and adopted the responsibilities assigned the Chair, LACRALO.

By accepting nomination, the member from   “Asociación de Derecho e
Informática de Chile” accepted the role of Secretariat and the
responsibilities assigned the Secretariat, LACRALO.

Here is a comparison of two timelines for LACRALO elections. Do your best
and spot the differences.
