subject doesn't reflect the motion. This is not a vote on a motion I proposed. In fact I energically disassociate myself from the motion as proven by my vote against it.

It is also remarkable that the person(s) who moved for no confidence did not vote.

El asunto no refleja la moción. Este voto no se refiere a una moción que yo haya impulsado. De hecho me desasocio enérgicamente de la moción como lo prueba mi voto en contra.

También es notable que la(s) persona(s9 que impulsó(aron) la moción de censura no votaron.

Please be so kind to note that the First Vote with regard to the Motion of No Confidence proposed by Carlton Samuels is now completed. The voting process was governed by rules 12, 19 and 20 of LACRALO's RoP. Concerning the proposed resolution, the following question was asked in the First Vote:

QUESTION: Do you believe that LACRALO is competent to vote a motion of no confidence? 

1. Yes, the motion of no confidence must move forward. 

2. No, the motion of no confidence must be ignored. 

Of the total of 47 ALSs in this voting process, 28 ALSs voted (equivalent to 58,89% of total weight). The minimum quorum requirement was 24 ALSs.

Option YES =7 votes equivalent to 13.61% of total weight.

Option NO = 21 votes equivalent to 45.28% of total weight.

Abstentions to vote = 19 votes equivalent to 41.11% of total weight.

According to rule 12.2, At Large Structures abstaining from voting shall be regarded as having not voted.

Por favor notar que el primer voto sobre la moción de censura propuesta por el Sr. Carlton Samuels se ha completado. El proceso de voto estará gobernado por las reglas 12, 19, y 20 de las Reglas de Procedimiento de LACRALO. Con relación a la resolución propuesta, la siguiente  es la pregunta del Primer voto:
