[lac-discuss-en] Loss of Colleague - Roosevelt King - ALS: BANGO in Barbados

This is very sad news indeed. It seems like Roosevelt was around the
Caribbean ICT4D community forever. I remember interacting with him since
the early and heady days of CIVIC, The Caricom ICT Steering Committee and
then LACRALO. The region has lost a most dedicated and progressive
advocate. He will be sorely missed.
