I think EVERYONE should stop and read the Operating Principles. LACRALO
started as a BILINGUAL group. The first in ICANN. The plans were to
increase the number of operating languages as necessary.  It was the first
thing decided at the first planning meeting to create LACRALO.
So ROK and Humberto, you are both wrong.
Sincerely, and getting quite fed up with people who do not read the rules
before discussing them as if they know facts.
