Hi everyone
I scoured the RoP and have not found any rule that says that the process
must be restarted, per this email. I also have not found precedent in the
only other case that exactly matches this one, i.e. 2008.  Can you advise
from where in the Rules was this "way forward" derived?
I would think that we must be very careful to follow the rules as laid out,
and not go off track, else the process will lose all legitimacy and could
be seen as a totalitarian attack on the democratic and transparent
tradition of the At-Large.
