Please ntese timetable and process for the election of the ALAC, which was envido all RALOs the April 30, 2015, on behalf of Alan Greenberg, President of ALAC.
According to the announcement, following schedule usel:
* April 30 - Notice of call for nominations and Nominee Declaration.
* April 30 to May 9 - Period nomination (nominations are accepted by 10 working days).
* May 16 - Date limit for acceptance of nominations.
* May 18 to May 25, 2015 - Elections (If required, started NLT elections after a week of the date of acceptance limit of yams nominations within two weeks after that date).
* 2015 AGM [ICANN 54] - The newly elected ALAC representatives take office at the end of the 2015 AGM on Thursday October 22, 2015.

Since we did not receive additional instructions from the President and Secretary of LACRALO for confirming survey eleccino support, we follow the process used by most of the RALOs. This process is that if there is only one candidate at the end of the nomination period, and if the candidate accepts the nomination within the allotted time, the candidate has won by aclamacin.

Open Positions:

Terms:
ALAC: Terms for the ALAC will run from the end of the 2015 AGM to the end of the 2017 AGM.
Delegates to the NomCom ALAC: Voting members of the NomCom are appointed for a one year term, starting at the close of the 2015 AGM and ending at the close of the 2016 AGM and may be re-appointed for a further term of one year subject to the requirement under the ICANN Bylaws < https://www.icann.org/resources/pages/governance/bylaws-en#XI-2.4e>.
