 Colleagues,

as agreed at the meeting by teleconference today, I presented by
I wrote the motion to give priority to addressing policy
developing within the work of LACRALO:

 1. Each month, the Presidency and the Secretariat of LACRALO formulate one
selected aspects of policy development within ICANN for
discussion in the community, with the aim of producing an expression
 part of it.

The Presidency and the Secretariat may be supplemented by a Group of
Volunteers. They give preference to subjects that are in stages
Early discussions, which are close to the known interests
region and match the responsibilities of the RALOs and their
 representatives.

2.At each monthly meeting (by teleconference or in person) issues
policy will be discussed before the procedure, statutes,
or any other choices, for at least 30 minutes in the case of
teleconferences and two thirds of the length of the sessions.

 best regards,

 Alejandro Pisanty
